Return and Refund Policy

Reclaim with Beth provides physiotherapy services, home visits, care home visits, group provision and digital resources.

Physiotherapy appointments

If you need to cancel or rearrange an appointment, please provide as much notice as possible.

Appointments cancelled with more than 24 hours’ notice can be rearranged without charge.

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged in full, unless there are exceptional circumstances.

If Reclaim with Beth needs to cancel or rearrange an appointment, you will be offered an alternative appointment or a full refund where payment has already been made.

Digital resources

Digital resources are non-returnable once accessed, downloaded or emailed to you.

If you purchase a digital resource in error and have not yet accessed or downloaded it, please contact Reclaim with Beth as soon as possible.

If there is a problem with a digital resource, such as a faulty file or access issue, please contact reclaimphysio.beth@gmail.com so this can be resolved.

Refunds

Refunds, where agreed, will usually be processed back to the original payment method.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
